the hotel is close to shopping and across from the World Heritage site. i WALKED to all the main attractions and the airport rail link easily! breakfast was wonderful with eggs, fruit, and many breads. my room was simple and clean!

My room looked nice, BUT it was cold. The hotel didn't switch the heating on!

The breakfast selection really impressed me! it was fabulous! the hotel is also super close to everything. The bus stop to and from the airport, the fishmarket, and boat trips to the fiords are all easily accessible. i could even walk to the train station!

The carpet in my room felt a little dusty. That's something i hope they'll improve! the overall age of the hotel becomes noticeable in the inner courtyard, which could use some sprucing up.

the suite provided ample space, a great separate seating area from the bedroom allowed for easy relaxation. the bathroom was also a good size, and all the room amenities worked perfectly for me. the breakfast selection was extensive and offered great variety. the location was perfect, very easy to walk to many nearby restaurants and bars.

the balcony lights stayed on all night and i couldn't switch them off, the curtains also let some light in.

the hotel provides fast lifts, i never waited long to get to my floor. there is also a pleasant open area around reception, it makes a good first impression. the hotel had three elevators and an open reception area.

the suite had a separate sitting area equipped with a desk ideal for working. my room included good free wi-fi access and two big tv screens. the bathroom was modern, with a walk-in shower and recent refurbishment.

this hotel is near all you want to see. you can easily walk to the Fløybanen, taking a trip to a mountain with great city views. it takes only five minutes to reach fisketorget where souvenir shopping and restaurants are plentiful.

I got a room upgrade. The hotel kindly responded to my request for a view when I booked. The bathroom was reasonably spacious. The location is superb. It's close to the main tourist area but on a quiet street.

There WERE some steps to upper floors even though i was told there would be a lift.
